INFORMALE: Milano desing week - a fuorisalone Interni exhibition

Curata da Riccardo Benedini, Informale è una mostra collettiva presentata alla Milano Design Week 2025 e inclusa nella guida ufficiale di Interni Magazine. L’esposizione riunisce Francesco Doria Lamba, Costantino Gucci, Azimut Design, Nuria Duchamp e Maurizio Bergo in un dialogo tra arte, design e materia. Fulcro del progetto è la collaborazione tra Doria Lamba e Gucci, che uniscono pittura e riflessione specchiante in una serie di arazzi/tappeti prodotti in India da Sirecom, e spechi.

Le opere intrecciano il segno pittorico di Francesco Doria e le macchie di tufting ideate da Gucci, trasformando la superficie in un territorio condiviso tra gesto e materia. Accanto ai lavori congiunti, la mostra include opere individuali dei due artisti e contributi di Azimut Design, Nuria Duchamp e Maurizio Bergo, componendo un dialogo unitario tra arte e design contemporaneo.

Curated by Riccardo Benedini, Informale is a collective exhibition presented at Milan Design Week 2025 and featured in the official Interni Magazine Design Week Guide. The exhibition brings together Francesco Doria Lamba, Costantino Gucci, Azimut Design, Nuria Duchamp, and Maurizio Bergo in a dialogue between art, design, and materiality. At its core lies the collaboration between Doria Lamba and Gucci, merging painting and reflective form in a series of tapestry-like carpets produced in India by Sirecom, and some mirror pieces. The works weave together Doria Lamba’s pictorial gesture and Gucci’s tufting stain patterns, transforming the surface into a shared field between gesture and matter. Alongside their joint pieces, the exhibition includes individual works by both artists and contributions from Azimut Design, Nuria Duchamp, and Maurizio Bergo, forming a unified dialogue between art and contemporary design.
